Our Veterina`s Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Our Veterina. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of veterinary services by Our Veterina to you, the client. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Appointments
2.1. Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone, online, or in-person. Emergency cases will be prioritized.
2.2. Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations, treatments, and surgeries will be provided at the time of booking or upon request.
3.2. Payment: Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For diagnostic and surgical procedures we may require advanced payment of a portion of the estimate.
3.3. Estimates: Estimates for surgeries and treatments are provided upon request. These are subject to change based on the actual services provided.
3.4. Insurance: Our Veterina reserves the right to make decisions in terms of dealing with insurance directly or indirectly on case-by-case basis and reserves the right to change the dealing with insurance companies regardless of previous experience.
4. Treatment and Surgery
4.1. Consent: Written consent is required prior to any surgical procedure. We will provide detailed information about the procedure, risks, and aftercare.
4.2. Pre-Surgical Requirements: Clients must follow pre-surgical instructions, including fasting and medication adjustments.
4.3. Post-Surgical Care: Detailed post-surgical care instructions will be provided. It is the client's responsibility to adhere to these instructions and attend follow-up appointments.
5. Emergencies
5.1. Emergency Services: Emergency services during and outside of regular office hours are provided by VetsNow at Eastbourne. Additional fees may apply for out-of-hours emergencies and charging is separate from Veterina Limited. 5.2. Referral: In some cases, we may refer your pet to a specialist or emergency facility.
6. Medications
6.1. Prescriptions: Medications prescribed by our veterinarians are for the patient specified only and should be used according to the instructions provided.
6.2. Refills: Requests for prescription refills require 24 hours' notice and are subject to the veterinarian’s approval.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
7.1. Data Protection: We comply with applicable data protection laws. Your personal information and your pet’s medical records are kept confidential.
7.2. Sharing Information: We may share your pet’s medical information with other veterinary professionals when necessary for treatment.
8. Liability
8.1. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, Our Veterina is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the treatment or care provided.
8.2. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Veterina and its staff from any claims arising out of the use of our services. For contact please use information at the bottom of this page.
9. Complaints
9.1. Procedure: Any complaints should be directed to the practice manager. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
9.2. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11. Governing Law
